About Nash Native Team

Recently joining Compass Real Estate, NNT is a top 1.5% nationally ranked team with over 15 years of real estate experience and $150+ million in sales. Deeply rooted in Nashville, they bring extensive local expertise and a strong commitment to serving the community and all types of buyers and sellers.

My Contributions

I created an elevated yet approachable brand with a strong local feel, presenting three logo concepts for selection. I also developed a comprehensive brand and visual guide, social media templates, email signatures, and other digital assets to ensure a consistent brand exposure across various platforms.

Social Media and Email Design

A cohesive social media presence by designing a custom Instagram grid break, branded highlight icons, and versatile templates for both static posts and reels across profiles. I also created professional email signatures to extend the brand’s visual identity into their digital communications.

Brand Discovery & Art Direction

Through stakeholder questionnaires and interviews, we gained deep insights into NNT's goals, mission, and challenges. This discovery phase laid the foundation for a visual identity that reflects their high-end yet approachable brand personality. To achieve this, we curated mood boards that reflected sophistication, local warmth, and a minimalist aesthetic.

The direction we established aimed to position NNT as a recognized, timeless brand deeply rooted in the Nashville community, with a blend of professionalism, confidence, and innovation.

We really honed my skill in balancing luxury with approachability while adding a local and playful touch.
